Shipping policy

All items are shipped within 3-21 business days from time of order via USPS. Pink Willow Designs is not responsible for your item once dropped off at post office. Tracking information will be provided. Route insurance is available should any issues arise with your package while in transit.  If you choose to decline insurance, Pink Willow Designs is not responsible for replacing/refunding.
